Coaching is a collaborative, client-focused process that helps clients gain clarity, build focus, and move forward with intention toward their goals. It supports personal growth by turning insight into aligned action and lasting change.
2 / What does a typical coaching session look like?
Most coaching sessions last 45 minutes. The session begins with a brief check-in to determine the issues that the client would like to work on that day and the client's goals for the session. Sarah will help the client gain insight throughout the session, and will end with an action-focused plan for moving forward.
3 / What are some examples of coaching topics for a session?
A coaching topic could be anything that feels important to the client that day. Some examples are:

No. Coaching with Sarah is focused on the challenges you're facing today and how to move intentionally into the future, regardless of diagnosis. Sometimes these challenges are tied into an ADHD diagnosis.
